Frequently Asked Questions

Our service is simple and straight-forward, but let's face it, sending a real card from a website isn't the most traditional method. We understand you might have some questions and concerns about making sure your card and message get where they need to be. Here are some questions we frequently get from customers.

SELECTING A CARD

Can I search for a specific card, theme, or designer?
Yes. Using the search feature in the upper right-hand corner of the menu bar you can search by title, keyword, or even a particular designer.
Can I order more than one card?
Yes. The only limit to the number of cards you order is the number of cards in stock. You may order multiples of the same card, or multiples of different cards.
Can I change my mind after I select a card and add it to my basket?
Yes. You can edit or remove a card up until you submit billing information at checkout.

CUSTOMIZING A CARD

Does adding a personal message cost more?
No. Adding a personal message is included in the price of the card.
Can I add a different message to each card I order?
Yes. You may add a unique message to every card you order, whether it is the same style of card or not. From your Basket, you can keep shopping, edit your card, remove your card, or checkout.
What if I misspell a word in my message?
TrolleyCards does not edit your message. We want you to have complete control over your message—even if it means telling someone you “move” them when you really wanted to tell them you “love” them. Review your message carefully before sending! TrolleyCards cannot be responsible for misspelled words.

ADDING A GIFT CARD

Does adding a gift card cost more?
You will pay the amount of the gift card, obviously, and there is a small fee to cover the costs associated with including a gift card with your order. This fee is $1.95.
Can I send a greeting card without a gift card?
Yes. Adding a gift card is optional.
Can I send a gift card without a greeting card?
No. In order to send a gift card, you must purchase a greeting card. C'mon, try to make it personal!
Can I send more than one gift card with each greeting card?
No. Fortunately, you can send a gift card with a higher amount though. If you are kind enough to send multiple gift cards, consider sending multiple cards too!

MAILING THE CARD

When should I schedule my card to be mailed?
TrolleyCards recommends that you plan 1-3 days for Priority Mail and 2-5 days for standard First Class. Express overnight is available for a flat rate of $20 if you are in a real hurry.
How early can I schedule my card to be mailed?
You may schedule your card to be mailed up to twenty-one (21) days in advance. Remember, you select the day it is mailed; please allow sufficient time for it to arrive.
How can I check the status of my order?
You may check the status of your order by logging in to your account. From there, you will see your order history, including scheduled deliveries.

BILLING QUESTIONS

What payment methods are accepted?
You may pay with any valid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
What can I expect to pay for shipping charges?
Because TrolleyCards are high quality cards and weigh a little more than a regular cheap greeting card, standard shipping costs $.65. Priority shipping is a $6 flat rate and Expedited shipping is a $20 flat rate.
Why don't I see sales tax charged?
TrolleyCards is not required by law to charge sales tax in all states, so if you did not see sales tax charged, then you had a lucky day.
Is my checkout secure?
The GeoTrust seal on TrolleyCards' checkout page indicates that TrolleyCards is a trusted partner and that your credit card information will be secure during the checkout process. From Checkout, you may click on the seal for verification.

DELIVERY QUESTIONS

What if my card doesn't arrive at its destination?
Due to variation in postal delivery (especially during holidays) we ask that you allow a little extra time before contacting TrolleyCards to inquire about the status of your order. Because your envelope will have both a delivery address and your return address on it, lost mail is very rare. Regardless, please log in to your account and double-check the accuracy of the address. TrolleyCards cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. In the very rare instance that your card was legitimately lost in the mail, please contact us. We can send a replacement via certified mail to the same (correct) address to ensure delivery.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

What is the return policy?
We appreciate the gesture, but since your card has a special message written for someone besides us, we can only accept returns for damaged cards. Make sure you write a message they want to keep! If you need to return a damaged product, please contact us at feedback@trolleycards.com and we will get you a new card right away! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
