Terms and Policies
Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at TrolleyCards.com. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases. Your placement of an order at TrolleyCards.com constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.
Privacy Policy
TrolleyCards takes your privacy very seriously. TrolleyCards does not sell or rent your contact information to other marketers. We collect your personal information because it helps us deliver a superior level of customer service. It enables us to give you convenient access to our products and services and focus on categories of greatest interest to you. In addition, your personal information helps us keep you posted on the latest product announcements, software updates, special offers, and events that you might like to hear about. If you do not want us to contact you, please email us at feedback@trolleycards.com and tell us not to contact you.
U.S. Sales Only
TrolleyCards only accepts orders from billing addresses within the United States. No shipments can be made to shipping addresses outside the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii. For APO/FPO shipping, we recommend using a third-party forwarding service. Here’s how it works:
- Sign up with one of the third-party forwarding services such as www.apobox.com.
- Return to TrolleyCards.com to complete your order using the U.S. address provided by the forwarding service.
- TrolleyCards will ship your order to your new U.S. shipping address and the forwarding service will forward your order to your APO/FPO address.
- Please note that in addition to the standard shipping charges billed by TrolleyCards, the forwarding service has its own charge for getting your order to your APO/FPO address.
- For APO/FPO Shipments, TrolleyCards is not responsible for loss or damage to products during shipment from the third-party forwarding service to APO/FPO.
- Please note that APO/FPO deliveries can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on local conditions at destination. Forwarding services use US Postal Service (USPS) to deliver to APO/FPO addresses.
Proof of Purchase
TrolleyCards will send you an email confirmation after your order is placed. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us at feedback@trolleycards.com.
Payment Methods
TrolleyCards accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Sales Tax
In addition to the price of your purchases, TrolleyCards will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply.
Shipping Options
TrolleyCards offers three convenient delivery options:
- First Class delivery: This option costs $.65. Products shipped via standard First Class are normally delivered within 2-5 business days after shipment.
- Priority delivery: This option costs a flat rate of $6 and takes 1-3 days. Products shipped via Priority prior to 2:00 p.m. PST are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time two business days after shipment.
- Express delivery: This option costs a flat rate of $20 and delivers the next day.
Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves TrolleyCard’s facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond TrolleyCard’s control once your order leaves the facilities, TrolleyCards cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.
Order Processing
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. TrolleyCards does not begin payment processing until TrolleyCards receives all of the information that it needs, including full payment.
TrolleyCards will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Prices
All greeting cards sold by TrolleyCards sell for $4.95. There is no additional charge for adding a message. The price of the gift card depends on the gift card amount. In addition to the gift card amount, TrolleyCards must also charge a small fee of $1.95 to cover the costs associated to adding gift card to your order. TrolleyCards reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
Product Availability
TrolleyCards will occasionally discontinue products or rotate products in order to keep inventory fresh. TrolleyCards will make every effort to keep cards fully stocked; however, there may be times when certain cards are unavailable or are no longer in print. On these occasions, we hope you can find another card on the site that fits your needs. Unfortunately, if the card is no longer available on the site, it means that the card is out of stock or has been discontinued and TrolleyCards will be unable to supply that card.
Product Guarantee
TrolleyCards guarantees against card defects, or we will replace your card at no expense. Defects include, but are not limited to, torn cards, water damage, smeared ink, and incorrect shipments. Defects do not include discoloration from recycled card materials, normal wear and tear due to mailing through the post, or damage incurred after the card arrives at its destination.
Return and Refund Policy
TrolleyCards does not accept returns on cards unless the card is defective or damaged prior to arrival at its destination. If you are not satisfied with your product or TrolleyCards service, we ask that you email us at feedback@trolleycards.com with a detailed explanation of the issue. Although TrolleyCards cannot guarantee a refund, there may be instances when a refund is warranted and as such TrolleyCards will reverse the charge. If a replacement card is needed, we will ask that you return the damaged card.
Other Terms
TrolleyCards is not responsible for typographical errors. TrolleyCards reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on TrolleyCards.com concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
TrolleyCards reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at TrolleyCards.com at any time.
TrolleyCards may make changes to any products or services offered at trolleycards.com, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided at trolleycards.com with respect to products and services may be out of date, and TrolleyCards makes no commitment to update the information provided at trolleycards.com with respect to such products and services.
To the extent permitted by law, all sales at trolleycards.com are governed by California law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
If any of the aforementioned policies are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such policy shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of the policy, so that the policies shall remain in full force and effect.
TrolleyCards’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these policies shall not be construed as a waiver by TrolleyCards of any provision or any right it has to enforce these policies, nor shall any course of conduct between TrolleyCards and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of these policies.
